The building possesses an excellent academy under the guidance of teachers, dry and steam sauna, pool, sport court, playground for children and baby space, Coffee Shop with attractive prices, gourmet, barbecue and party room (these last three pay separately nominal fee for use).

Residential building with excellent services: Wake up to the sound of birds and lots of green in front of a delightful square w / walking, running, gymnastics or just play. Choose the look you want beach and enjoy: Prainha, Grumari, Recreation, Pontefract ... All facilities not need to use car: Shopping located on the back of the building with excellent supermarket, cinemas, restaurants, good shops, drugstore. Next companies in Santa Cruz, Steel Pole in Itaguai, Campo Grande and very close to RIOCENTRO (RIOCENTER), the HSBC Arena, Maria Lenk Aquatic Park and the entire City Sports Complex Sports beyond the City of Rock.
