 Situated in a lovely area of Cowes, this near new  property is modern throughout and is only a 5 minute drive to the main street of Cowes.

Featuring an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, polished boards, Tv, Dvd,  modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric cooking, breakfast bar, Highchair and seating for 10. Leading off the living area is the  large outdoor deck with BBQ and outdoor setting.

The 4 bedrooms all have Queen beds and 3 also have a set of bunks,( porta cot is also available) the main bedroom having an ensuite and the central bathroom with bath and shower.  Your heating and cooling options include a reverse cycle air conditioner / heater and ceiling fans and there is also a laundry with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This is definatly and non smoking property and pets are not welcome
