A beauitful cover bridge welcomes you in to the Battlesgrounds. Battlegrounds is on 65 acres of woods and streams. Our property is 1 mile to Sugarbush and Mad River Glen. In the Winter there is great skiing, cross courty skiing snowshoeing, ice skating close by. Our property offers year round hiking. The Catamount trail starts at the battleground you will pass a beaver pond and on to a point you can start a trek on the long trail or head south to appalachian trail. In the summer we have a heated pool that over looks the mountains, tennis courts, playground. In the Fall this is a wonderful spot to see the foliage change. You are surrounded by beauitful bright colored trees. Great resturants, bars, shops, farmers market, zipline, stowe's art fairs, pottery shops, fishing,conoeing, great for mountaining biking. 45 mins to Burlington.
