3 bedrooms (6 twin beds, 1 double bed, 1 queen bed), 2 full bath, sleeps 10.

Unique rental changeover (Friday to Friday) avoids the weekend traffic. Get a full weekend on the Cape when you arrive and have a weekend to settle back into your routine when you return home.

All bedrooms are equipped with window air-conditioners. The kitchen was recently remodeled and is fully equipped with all appliances including a freezer with ice maker to stock your cooler for the beach. Our property is wooded, quiet and very private. There is a detached garage for your storage use while you stay. There are two full baths and a large outside shower with a dressing area behind the garage for extra privacy. Very refreshing after a day at the beach!!

You are welcome to use our beach chairs and umbrella. They are in the garage waiting for you.

Our home has been in our family for almost 30 years and we know you will find it both welcoming and relaxing.

Eastham is the beginning of the Cape Cod National Seashore with two ocean beaches and many bay beaches. It has many fine restaurants, family activities and bike rental shops. Eastham is just a short ride to other quaint towns like Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown heading North and Orleans, Chatham and Brewster to the South. Bring your bike. Explore the neighborhood and then take a trip on the bike trail. The flat terrain makes biking, walking and rollerblading especially enjoyable. Tennis courts are at the high school nearby.

Car: necessary

Our charming home has been in our family for 30 years! It has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 10 people comfortably, and 2 full baths. There is a large, private, outside shower with a dressing area behind the detached garage. Very relaxing after a day at the beach! The kitchen, sitting area and living room have been recently remodeled.

The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from The Cape Cod National Seashore... Nauset Light Beach (2 miles by car or 1 mile by bike) and Coast Guard Beach. The Bay beaches (First Encounter, Cooks Brook, Sunken Meadow...) are just a short drive away. The Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike trail) is just a half mile from our home and is always a big hit. The Wellfleet Drive-In Theater is 1.5 miles away and shows current release movies at night and hosts flea markets during most days of the week. Great fun!

We take great pride in our home and we know you will enjoy your time there as much as we do.
