Apartment, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

2 bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms one with a tub one with shower. All rooms have access to the long balconies. Good and well equipped kitchen. The dining and sitting room have a nice view over the buildings to the mountains. The apartment is within 5 minutes walk from the beach. The train station you will find to the opposite direction of the beach within 5 minutes walk. Fast trains are leaving from Ladispoli Station ,these will bring you to Sct Peter station (The Vatican ) in 22 minutes. You will therefore easily be able to enjoy the Center of Rome while staying in Ladispoli. ( a train ticket cost around 3,50 Euro) The town is a a typical Italian sea side town. It is not only a beach and summer city it is a town where Italians work and live year around. You will find some good restaurants with good typical Italian food. Supermarkets near by have all you will need for a vacation. The airport Fiumicino can be reached in 30- 40 minutes by car/taxi.

If you go to Ladispoli from the airport the fastest is by car. However be aware taxis are expensive - aprox 100 Euro to go to Ladispoli from or to the airport.

By train it will take aprox 1 and half hour (as one has to go in- land first to Trastevere Station and change train towards Civitavechia if you are coming from the airport). Train ticket to or from the airport around 12 Euro. Train Ladispoli to Sct Peters is 3,50 Euro return. There are always offers on day or week tickets check when you arrive for offers on tickets. Be also aware that there are often strikes in Italy which often affect the public transportation. However normally it is a half day strikes and the public transport open up again after a couple of hours. In any case it is important to be patient in Italy!

If you would like a vacation with beach, shopping and also be able to enjoy the beauties of the Center of Rome, this apartment is a good opportunity for a nice holiday in the nearby of Rome.
