'Zuni' is our newly remodeled vacation rental completed in October 2011. Everything in the home has been selected with your comfort in mind! New, high quality, organic sheets, new towels, and a new, fully stocked kitchen await your arrival! With our high WalkScore of 77, you can walk to coffee shops, acclaimed restaurants, local grocery market, Denver's major sporting venues, and theater events! A true urban experience with all the comforts of a fine hotel!
We have recently added a gas grill, patio furniture & 2 cruiser bikes for you to better enjoy the amazing weather in Denver!
Zuni has 3 bedrooms (2 with queens and one with 2 twins) and 2 remodeled bathrooms. Additionally, the sofa converts to an amazingly comfortable queen-sized bed with great linens available for it as well.
The beautiful, modern kitchen is a cook's dream! If you choose to whip up an entire Thanksgiving Dinner or just a cup of coffee, everything you need is at your fingertips! Upon your arrival, you will find the refrigerator stocked with eggs, milk, orange juice, bread, condiments & butter. We also provide you with quality coffee, sugar , cereal, fruit, pasta & sauce. Just show up and your first breakfast is there waiting for you to prepare it!
The living room is comfortable with a large screen television upon which you can watch all your favorites on Netflix, Hulu, or any other internet-based TV options. Also, a DVD player with a full library of films for you to enjoy! There is an ipod-ready stereo for you to enjoy your favorite music on as well. The home also includes a washer/dryer.
Our house is ready for all the little kiddos as well. We have a pack n play, high chair, books, toys, kids dishes, baby monitor, outlet covers, cupboard locks, and if there is something else you need, we can get it! But don't worry, if you are coming for a romantic getaway and would rather not see all the kid paraphernalia, it all gets tucked away if there are no kids staying.
An exciting development for us is that Duo (www.duodenver.com), one of the best restaurants in Denver and just a block and a half from the house, is currently beginning a 'farm' in our backyard. As you sit on the back patio and relax, you can watch all the heirloom vegetables and herbs grow. Then, stroll on over to Duo and indulge in an amazing meal made from what you were just watching grow! What an amazing urban experience!
