Renting the entire house including the apartment, offers 4 bedrooms with Main part of the house includes king bed in master; 2 guest rooms each with queen beds, 2 full baths each with tub & shower;
Apartment level has 1 guest room with King bed (can be separated to make twins). one bath with shower in apt.family room and kitchenette.
The house has three wood burning fireplaces. Outdoor dining/entertaining area has a fire pit for cool Napa evenings.
Renting the apartment only offers 1 bedroom, bath, kitchenette for preparing light meals, combined family room/dining area with fireplace, large screen TV & DVD player. The apartment has full access to BBQ, woodburning oven and outdoor dining areas.
We do not rent to separate parties during the same rental period.
The house is 10 minutes to St. Helena and Calistoga for shopping, groceries, wine tasting or a movie. Surrounded by wineries, close to Bothe State park for hiking, 15 minutes to Meadowood or 30 minutes to Napa
