La Paz is well known for it's sport fishing water activities. Just offshore of Paraiso del Mar is the uninhabited protected island sanctuary known as Isla Espiritu Santo. This magical island is well known for its many secluded coves, snorkeling with the tropical fish, kayaking, scuba diving, swimming, hiking, or just relaxing on one of the white sandy beaches.

There are currently two well maintained Tennis Courts on the development. If your Passion is Golf, this is the place for you. The course is tough, with lots of water and sand.
