Welton Woods (www.weltonwoods.com) is a recently finished expansive lodge designed to bring luxury amenities into the great outdoors.

Its the perfect place for family reunions, vacations, work training and seminars. The Lodge is situated on a rustic mountainside above the town of Fairview in Utah.

This place really is such a find. Welton Woods has more than 10,000 square feet of living space, and we are so thrilled to begin sharing it. The property offers the unique opportunity to accommodate a significant number of people all under one roof in the same locale. Its close enough to town to get things you need, but isolated enough to offer the ease of seclusion.

Sleeping arrangements are made easily as the lodge sleeps 50+ people in beds. Eight rooms feature king sized beds and 2 Bunk rooms sleep 30.

Here are just some of the things Welton Woods offers;

-A Theater Room which doubles as a perfect presentation area because it has levels of couches and upscale electronics

-A Game Room area with this insane imported pool table and ping pong. Its on the bottom floor separated from the rooms, making it easy to house entertainment without interfering with living space

-A Hot Tub and Sauna, who doesn't love that? Whether is to keep you toasty during the colder months or relaxed during the warmer ones, its nice to have a place to sneak away to

-A huge wrap-around porch which overlooks trees and landscape below. Its covered. It seats more than 20 people. The porch provides an ideal place to dine or enjoy each other.

We have photos of the Lodge, but, honestly, they don't nearly do the place justice. It has this amazing quality to it that makes it feel cozy despite its enormous size.
