Notes

• CHRISTMAS:
  Arrive Christmas Eve or before. Minimum 4 night stay required. No bookings to arrive Christmas Day or Boxing Day.
  LONG WEEKENDS:
  3 night minimum stays apply if Public Holiday falls on the Friday or Monday or it has been gazetted as a Public Holiday.
  EASTER:
  Check in Thursday and out Monday (Closed Good Friday)
  LATE CHECK OUTS:
  Only until 11am. After that a 1/2 day of base rate will apply. This applies to 2 night bookings and not school holidays or change overs. Keys to be handed into the office by 3pm and house secured.
  EARLY CHECK INS:
  Check in after 1pm. Before that a 1/2 day of base rate will apply. This only applies to 2 night bookings and not school holidays or change overs.
  Tarrifs are based on a 2 night minimum and midweek prices do not apply during school holidays.
