*Enjoy the privacy & quietness of The Country Ranch House in the middle of horse & wine country.

*This beautifully furnished & tastefully outfitted ranch style home was recently remodeled from the wall-boards out. *Located on a 10-acre working horse ranch, it is private & set apart from the main house.

*It has its own fully fenced side patio with BBQ, table & chairs & fenced backyard, with room for off street parking including RV or Horse Trailer.

*Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. *Separate dining area, full sized living room with large overstuffed couches in front of a wood burning fireplace & flat screen TV with satellite television.

*Two very generous sized bedroom/bathroom suites. Bathrooms adjoin each bedroom.

*Stocked with puzzles, books, DVD/BlueRay library.

*Very handmade bar with stools & the home of our ever popular wine exchange program where you help yourself to a welcoming bottle of wine while here & leave one of your favorites for the next guests

More Info: *Two generoius sized bedrooms , one with king and one with queen sized beds, and each has their own private tiled baths. We have a comfortable twin bed that can easily be set up for an additional guest for a nominal fee.

*A unique hand crafted and tooled bar complete with wooden stools sits in the living room with sweeping views of the surrounding Santa Ynez mountains. Hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout, this comfortable and inviting guest house can comfortably accommodate 4 adults who are looking for a home away from home for rest and restoration and/or a recreational adventure in our destination vacation Santa Ynez Valley.

*Close proximity to wine tasting, biking routes, horse riding trails, golf, tennis, Lake Cachuma, and just around the corner from the quaint Danish village of Solvang.

*Child, Pet and Equine friendly; reasonable rules/conditions apply.

Wine Exchange Program: This program has been met with sweeping success.
