With 2 world class golf courses, spa and fitness center, tennis facilities, beautiful beaches (some of which have been rated among the best in the world), and the Ritz Carliton hotel, the Kapalua resort is one of the world's most desirable resort destinations.

Luxury 2BR/2BA single level villa (26P6) completely remodeled and decorated in elegant island motif. Fronts the Kapalua Bay Golf Course on the 11th tee with fairway and partial ocean western views for beautiful sunsets. Premium furniture, decorations, appliances and tableware. Additional amenities include washer and dryer, 3 flat-screen TVs with DVD players, cable TV programming and music, free broadband wired and wireless Internet service, free long distance dialing to the U.S. and Canada and in-villa safe. Why did you choose to buy a vacation rental in this location?

We bought into Kapalua because of the unique and integrated feeling of the entire Kapalua resort -- the beauty of the green surroundings, Cook Pines, destination resort, golf, fitness, water sports, etc. Within the resort, we chose the Golf Villas because of their location (view of the Bay golf course and partial ocean view) and the fact that they are largely sheltered from the evening trade winds, allowing perfect conditions to sit on the lanai in the evenings.

Describe some of the unique benefits you enjoy while staying at your property.

Western facing Sunset views, watching golfers tee it up right in front of us on the 11th tee of the Bay course, casual lanai dining for all meals, time with friends sharing the unit as well as those friends we've made in the community.
