'Sea Breeze', a Hawaiian style gorgeous Cedar House guests those who appreciate a cozy comfortable atmosphere with a spacious open floor plan. The completely private abode is nestled in the heart of tropical Leilani Estates, considered one of the more upscale communities in the area. This home is surrounded by an entire two acres of pristine native forest and 90 palm trees on which to relax, unwind and get away from it all. Smell the sweet scent of night-blooming jasmine, gaze upon the myriad of colorful tropical flowers surrounding the beautiful home, and let the tropical birds welcome you with their beautiful song. There are several tropical fruit trees for you to pick from when they are in season.

A long ramp leads to the front door, one of the many touches that make this property accessible to the disabled. Once inside, the open space with high ceilings and wood floors welcomes you to

a warm, comfortable living area.

The house features a complete 360-degree wrap around lanai offering outdoor seating for dining or relaxing. There are sliding doors and windows everywhere, which allow you to enjoy the view of the tropics from every room.

Angel House consists of three bedrooms and two baths and is able to accommodate up to six people. Located on one side of the house is a bedroom with 1 king bed with a big screen TV and en suite bath. The toilet for the master bedroom is equipped with a washlet. The other side consists of two bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with a queen size bed. The queen is fancy tropical looking with wood carvings. The two bedrooms share a bath with a Japanese style shower/tub/Jacuzzi that is interesting, practical, and also accessible. The home also has a spacious laundry room.

This is the last but not the least. The baby grand piano is tuned every year so that ready to play your favorite music!
