Comfy lodge style home with beamed ceilings and 2 wood burning fireplaces. This home sits right at the waters edge--you can actually fish from every deck! Dining table seats everyone at once with huge full kitchen. Very large living room with plenty of seating for all--watch the water or the TV. 2 bedrooms are located 10 steps from main home in separate cottage with heat , a/c and cable TV. Every room on the lake side of home has sliding doors out to the decks for easy access and great views. 4 well boat dock with deep year round water. Fish structure surrounds our dock and has been in place 15 years. Very good year round fishing. 2 bedrooms on main floor with kitchen, 2 baths, dining and living rooms. Lower level has 3 bedrooms, laundry and bath.

Located at the 4mm of the Osage arm in Jackson Branch Cove. We face east, and are 2nd point in from the mouth of the cove. So we have fabulous view of the main channel as well as the cove--with cove protection.

Peaceful area: We are in a quiet area--most of our neighbors are here on the weekends only. Our entire area is heavily wooded. If you want the hustle and bustle, you will have to drive to find it!

Our decks are set up so that you can close off the entrances with gates and contain small children. We have no street traffic to worry about. Our lot is very shaded and gentle.

We provide swim noodles, some swim rafts, board games, cards, some fishing poles, LP for the gas grill, small library.

Pontoon Rental: We do have an Odessy pontoon available to rent. It has 13 passenger capacity. trolling motor, swim ladder, live well, stereo and cooler included.

Rates:

$275 deposit

1 day is $325 for 12 hours

2 days is $525 includes overnight

3 days is $725 which also includes overnights

4 days is $900 includes overnights

5 days is $1075 includes overnights

6 or 7 days is $1200 includes overnights

Must call for reservation. We have 2 lakehomes and 1 boat to rent between them. So it is first come first served.
