3 bedrooms, each with their own (3) bathrooms, and will comfortably sleep 6-8.

Contemporary condo that provides every amenity, and the lake and the beach are located just down the block! This primere location is in the heart of downtown providing you a front row seat to the many activities Clear Lake has to offer. It's also in the center of of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. A great vacation spot year-round with great bike paths and golf courses and you can also enjoy the many activities centered around the lake, the Film Festival and 4th of July festivities to name just a few. And during the rest of the year, the Harvest Festival with beer and wine tasting, the nostalgic Christmas By The Lake, The (Buddy Holly) Winter Dance Party and kites on the ice.

As an extra bonus the condo is located directly above Cookies, etc. which will tempt you with the sweet smell of gourmet cookies being baked all day and hard-to-resist decadent ice cream treats.
