Built to be a dream home by a local engineer (owner of the largest engineering firm in the Vail Valley), this lovingly crafted house has 4 bedrooms with 1 King and 3 Queen beds, a large Home Theater family room with oversized sectional sofa and a living room with vaulted cathedral ceiling and large ultra comfy leather sofa. With 4,200 square feet, this house can easily accomodate 11-12 people. We also include an inflatable mattress. There are 2 gas fireplaces. A large festive one in the living room and a warm romantic see through in the master bedroom. Equipped with 3.5 bathrooms, the master bathroom features a 2 person jet tub and a multi-person shower with 2 separate shower head stations each with 3 shower heads and seating.
All of the furniture in the house is new (late 2010), high quality leather and solid woods.
The floors feature breathtaking solid Hickory throughout with Bowron sheepskin rugs, perfect for cuddling in front of the fireplace in the winter or on chilly evenings and mornings.
A full size spacious kitchen has seating for 12 with granite countertops, instant hot water dispenser, water filtration system and all of the appliances and utensils of a well equppied home.
The living room features two reclining loungers next to the floor-to-ceiling window wall overlooking the river, an oversized ultra comfy sofa facing the fireplace and a recliner sofa facing the TV armoire easily accomodating 7 or more people.
Being a home theater and video gaming junkie, I've equipped the house with all of the necessary amenities: Full house Wi-Fi for wireless internet access, whole house audio system with iPod/iPhone connector, 2 - DirectTV HD-DVRs upstairs and down. Downstairs Home Theater featuring 65'' and 43'' HDTVs with Blu-Ray, 5.
1 surround sound topped off with 2 - Xbox 360s, multiple controllers and Kinect for full body motion control fun for the whole family. This is the perfect setup for dual screen head to head gaming, or movies and games at the same time. It's the perfect way to relax and have some fun after a day of skiing or fishing. Our family currently uses the house for vacations so your expectations are our expectations. I have a local handy man on call if any problems arise and this house features a very unique 800 sq. ft. lockout apartment that is totally seperate from the rest of the house. I employ the occupant of the apartment to be the house caretaker so you have on-site help. And I am always just a cell phone call away.
