Sleeps 8 over 2 seperate accommodations side by side

The new modern main villa consists of open plan kitchen diner and lounge with doors leading out to a shady verandah overlooking the fabulous pool.Off the living area are 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin, one double ensuite and family bathroom.

The living area has flat screen tv and there is wifi throughout.

The additional seperate accommodation is the characterful original house with very large openplan sociable kitchen diner with large dining table, bedroom area and shower room.It is a couple of metres from the newer building and has it's own lovely verandah with outdoor eating area and also large outdoor pizza/bread oven , great for fun evenings at the villa making pizzas and enjoying the local primitivo.

The extra large 14 metre by 7 metre pool is stunning especially at night when it is illuminated , with the internal lights magically changing colour.There is plenty of space to sunbathe and relax poolside and even outdoor speakers so you can enjoy your favourite tunes.

The villa's location is perfect to explore and enjoy the local area. Carovigno the closest town has many good and reasonable restaurants.

Carovigno's local market is on Tuesday mornings to stock up on the freshest fruit, veg ,cheese and meats.

Ostuni the beautiful white city is 10 minutes away, with its huge Saturday market and fabulous choice of bars and restaurants.There is always something going on here in the evenings.

There are plenty of sandy beaches nearby including the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto.There are many beautiful coastal towns like Polignano al mare and Gallipoli where you can have a leisurely seafood lunch or dinner looking over the sea.

The unesco Truilli Town of Alberobello and the stunning caves at Castellana Grotte are also a short drive away.

For the kids there is also Fasano Zoo Safari and for the golfers a few courses within easy reach including the stunning San Domenico 18 hole course at Fasano.
