right next door to the villa is a resort that offers its facilities, such as a restaurant with regular entertainment, shop and bar, snooker/pool. Altinkum has four beautiful beaches from which to choose, with water sports and boat trips available. It has a well kept, tree-lined promenade with shops, bars and restaurants that are open until very late, some having special Turkish evenings with belly dancing. Most restaurants have a pick-u-up from home and return service which is free of charge. There are clubs and discos for those wishing to dance the night away, the largest being the Medusa, a roofless seafront nightclub holding 2000 people. Children are catered for with a local aqua park, fairground and safe sandy beaches. The aqua park can be reached by Dolmus (bus) or via a day trip. The marina offers a good selection of day or evening boat excursions, with diving courses and fishing tours available. Ferries also run from the harbour to the cosmopolitan town of Bodrum. A twice weekly boat trip to the Greek island of Kos (1 hr duration) is also available - why not visit another country for a day? The nearest town is Didim, which is basically a thriving commercial area, but here too you will find lots of bars, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. There is also a great Saturday market every week, good value but remember to barter - it's all part of the fun! Didim is about a 20 minute walk from the villa, or you can catch a Dolmus at the end of the street. There are many places of interest in the region, ie; the historical Temple of Apollo (the main town), Turtle Beach, Pamukkale and the renowned ruins of Ephesus, 1 of the 7 wonders of the world. There is also the town of Kusadasi and the Adaland aqua park, the biggest park and sea world in Europe. Here, you can either choose to swim with the dolphins or just watch the show. Coach trips can be arranged to these and many other places of interest.

In order to confirm your reservation we require a 25% non-refundable booking deposit which will be payable within 5 days of invoice being issued. The balance is due 14 weeks before departure. For bookings made less than 14 weeks before arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
