THE VILLAGE. THE OLD TOWN Casalappi covers eight hectares near the manor house and castle. The old buildings have been recovered, with volumes, shapes and different location depending on usage respecting the original Tuscan tradition, keeping the same charm of stone, brick and clay roof tiles.
The village is situated on the hills overlooking the Island of Elba surrounded by wheat fields, olive groves, sunflowers and enriched with fine finishes and common areas made of finely lighted walkways, squares decorated with elegant flower beds and benches, from a semi-circular shaped swimming pool with sun terrace overlooking the entire valley, tennis court, bowling alley and a large play area for children.
