The villa 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeping up to 8 people

The White House accommodates up to 8 people comfortably in 3 extra large king size bedrooms. The entire top floor of 8x7 meters is dedicated to the master bedroom and en suite bathroom with double doors leading to a private balcony looking over the pool, entertaining area and surrounding rice paddies.

The villa features marble flooring and bathrooms throughout and features the best of fittings, including wi fi internet and 32' flat screen TV's and DVDs, air conditioning and fans are in every bedroom.

The ground level consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one with an outside shower and bath), an ultra modern Western kitchen with modern gas stove, 4 door fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc., and an adjoining dining and lounge room with 42' flat screen TV, DVD and blue tooth remote speakers.

Outside it is an entertainers delight with an11 meter long infinity pool, overlooked by deck chairs and a magnificent modern gazebo as a backdrop with dining table and seating for 10 people.

Location: The best of both worlds. Our villa is set in a serene and green location, walking distance to six excellent and well priced restaurants ( as our references say we have one of the best restaurants only 200 meters walk from the villa and centrally located only minutes from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Semiyak, Legian, Canggu and Kuta.

It is a stunning ultra modern three bedroom villa set amongst the lush rice paddies and greenery of the Seminyak area. The villa with its three bedroom , 3 bathrooms and magnificent entertaining area overlooking an infinity pool is meticulously designed to represent modern living mixed well with a traditional style.

The White House is centrally located only 20 minutes from the International airport and yet an easy one and a half Euro drive to the stylish shops and restaurants of Seminyak or to the beach. This area is blessed by its picturesque environment and tranquil surroundings and yet close to everything.
