snow and year round skiing. Our apartment gives you easy access to the 3 main ski areas. Free Ski Bus 80 meters from our apartment running at regular intervals to the Kitzsteinhorn (3 minutes trip), Schuttdorf (5 minutes) and Zell/Scmittenhohe (10 minutes). Everyone either drives or catches the ski bus. 2 cable cars take you quickly from Kaprun to the lift connection for Kitzsteinhorn. From Zell 3 cable cars depart for the peaks of the Schmittenhöhe. From Schüttdorf there is a connection with the Areitbahn to the Schmittenhöhe. Saalbach Hinterglemm and Leogan are15 kms away. From Mittersill (20k from Kaprun) you can link to Kitzbuhel via the new Panoramabahn cable car. For cross country skiers the area has 230 km
