Stancija Mani holiday homes were constructed and restored according to age-old traditions using local stone, combining contemporary and traditional architectural elements, materials and aesthetics.

The seclusion and tranquil atmosphere of this property close to Rovinj provides the best of what Istria has on offer- a mild climate, beautiful landscapes, rural peace and quiet at the height of the holiday season and yet a mere 20 minute drive to crystal clear Adriatic beaches, close to Rovinj and Porec, and a 30 minute drive to the centre of Pula.

Located between Kanfanar and Zminj, Stancija Mani is ideal as a starting point for anyone wishing to explore the Istrian peninsula and equally suitable for a peaceful holiday 'off the beaten track'.

Rovinj, 'the pearl of the Adriatic', is located on the western coast of Istria. The medieval town is much favoured by artists and the colourful houses which cluster the harbour-side are reflected in the beautiful blue water of the Adriatic whilst the imposing campanile of St. Euphemia dominates the skyline. The rambling streets of the old town are filled with shops, galleries, ‘al fresco’ cafés and tavernas, and the open-air market offers a range of freshly grown local produce as well as home-made oils, cosmetic products and souvenirs. Rovinj has a particularly special, romantic atmosphere and charm, combined with the typical hustle and bustle of an Adriatic harbour town. In addition to fantastic beaches and water activities, the area offers plenty of opportunity for outdoor activities such as cycling, tennis and climbing. Fly to Rijeka (Croatian Airlines), Trieste - about 1.5 h away by car (RyanAir), Pula (RyanAir, Thompsonfly); otherwise, fly to Venice and take the boat from Rovinj.
