Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euros) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• Included are: bedlinnen, towels, use of dishwasher, wash-machine, dryer, ironing-board.
  Also available (and included) is cable television and (wired and/or wireless high-speed) internet.
  Final cleaning also included. If it is very dirty an extra fee of € 35,= will be charged.
  We ask you to clean up your own mess as much as possible. Our cleaning ladies are there to clean, not to pick up rubish. So please don't leave the dishes for a whole week and try to keep things tidy as much as vacation wise possible. If we need a lot of extra time to tidy up the house before we can start cleaning this will mean an extra charge will be deducted from your security deposit!
  
  Pets are only allowed after consult with us and are an extra € 5,- per pet per night. They are not allowed upstairs.
  
  Security deposit € 200 per rental period.
  Excessive use of sources will be charged and deducted from your deposit. (see ENERGY USE = Fair-use policy).
• ENERGY USE = Fair Use Policy
  For environmental reasons we ask for a security deposit of € 200,=. This will be paid back in full after a check on the house and the electricity/water/gas meters. For double the average use of electricity/water/gas nothing will be charged. If more than double the average is used the extra use will be deducted from this deposit. Average use includes a shower a day (for all persons), use of dishwasher/wash-machine and dryer every day. Normal heating costs for actual weather conditions and use of the (gas)fireplace every night. In view of energy costs and security we ask you not to leave the fireplace burning at night or when you are not in the house. Normally you will never use double the average. Using the shower for hours, taking 3 baths a day and leaving the door open in winter might get you over!
  Before arrival and after departure the energy meters will be checked in order to calculate your use.
• Small adjustments to the time periods for the seasons could occur. Check the periods/prices in our answer to your booking request. If differences are present you should claim before final booking. A mistake could have been made. No adjustments possible after final booking is made!
