The new large bungalow and the beautiful modern house with a large garden, barbecue, pool and parking on the fenced plot (gate with remote control) is in the pretty village 'Brajkovici' at the top of the world famous (movie set) Limfjord near Rovinj . Beeline to fjord 2.7 km, 4 km by car! The owner of this property comfortable upscale. . It is a quiet residential area just off of turbulence but yet centrally located among the highlights of the Istrian tourism and sightseeing. Directly behind the house is open countryside. The large grounds (fenced) is ideal for children. The nearest Adriatic beach, suitable for small children, the Limfjord, less than three kilometers. The Limfjord is only a few hundred meters from the house, but on this page only cliff - great for hiking! In the large garden of the completed Ferienanalage 'Villa Fjord' mid-June 2012, is the new big free poolside bungalow 'Ivanka' been made ready for holiday letting. Erstvermietung this year - every piece of furniture and all facilities are new. The bungalow Ivanka is located in the bottom of the garden with its own entrance and its own quiet zone. Notes

  • The price for the apartment per night for occupancy by up to 5 people. Any person more (over 36 months) plus 10.00 euros. At night less than 4 nights + 30% on the normal price. The prices include all, really all costs like taxes, cleaning, all consumptions and bedding and towels (not towels for the beach!). So no hidden costs! Pet depending on species and breed 3-7 euros more per day (very elevated cleaning efforts, we hope you understand, you pay even when we are not 'cleaning' in the off-season, the off-season and late season with only two people and use only one. bedroom bungalow that costs only 59.00 euros per night!
  • For a fixed booking a deposit of 15% to the account specified in the contract is required. The Restmietbetrag is payable on housing acquisition in euros and cash. When moving in, we charge 150, - Euro deposit, which is refunded when you move out, if not grossly negligent failures have occurred. We will send you our rental contract via e-mail. A binding reservation for us comes when you have paid the deposit within the specified period. If the transfer deadline and we give the period booked again generally free! You can cancel at any time at no additional cost, however, is the deposit non-refundable! If you appear on the arrival day and until we have no other information, we believe the apartment two days off for you! Early departures are not entitled to rent reduction.
  • The arrival and departure is also in high season, possible at any day. Notes: The furnishings and of course, the mattresses are brand new - the first time is now the end of June 2012! The entertainment features is the latest standard (Astra satellite antenna with flat screen TV). Complete kitchen equipment for 10 people - all new! It can also be booked with breakfast: Prices: per person per day over 12 years old € 6.00 for children 6 - 12 years old only 4.00 euros per day. Breakfast by arrangement with white bread, butter, meat, cheese, eggs, jams, nutella, cereal, milk, tea, coffee or cocoa! Missing features of the host keeps on request ready (eg, microwave). The apartments are of course also equipped with a coffee machine - So bring your filter and German filter coffee! Laundry for 5 € möglch. The overall large property is completely surrounded by wall / fence. The paved parking areas are at the house. Access to the largest automatic door - each guest receives a remote control!
