Newly renovated apartment with large sun terrace (25 sqm), with views of the mountains and the castle Hohenaschau.

The apartment is on the 1st Floor (elevator) of beautiful listed former castle hotels.

The apartment is equipped with hallway, bathroom / WC, fitted kitchen, sleeps 4 (2 beds in a romantic berth and sofa bed for 2 people see photos).

The tenants of the apartments can also use the facilities at the adjacent new castle hotels, such as parking in front of house, restaurant, garden, etc..

A wellness center with sauna, spa and massage practice can be used any time (extra charge).

The additional facilities and services of the new castle hotels as underground parking, breakfast, etc. can be used for payment.

Nearest Ski : 300 Meter at 300 Metres

The apartment is located in the district Hohenaschau in the listed and restored old castle hotel, just below the castle Hohenaschau, with large terrace, mountain vistas and views of the castle.

To the lift on the Kampenwand is only 300 meters.

The cable car is open year round for hiking with gorgeous view of the Chiemsee and the Alps.

In winter, skiing with several ski lifts.
