This exceptional villa is located in the mountains of the Costa Smeralda. The villa boasts an extravagant architecture, natural stones and rocks were processed at the house and the rooms inside were decorated in typical Costa Smeralda-style furnishings. The villa is situated on a large, landscaped grounds with lawns and garden paths and native plants. A pool with views of the mountains complemented this exclusive offer. The corner living room with sofas, televisions and decorative, massive fireplace is very spacious. From the large dining area you look out onto the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with stove with oven, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom. All rooms are of high quality, the bathrooms are beautifully tiled. The car can be parked on the property, garden furniture and sun loungers are also available.
