Lillestugan is located in a very quiet location surrounded by open fields and forest. In the large garden you can enjoy their holidays and the children are playing it quite a lot of space to. The area is ideal for walks. Within 10 to 15 minutes away by car several beautiful lakes. A golf course is located only 5 kilometers away from the house. Östra Frölunda located in the municipality Svenljunga in Västergötland. The area is renowned for its natural beauty very popular and you will find a range of recreational activities. Fishing, canoeing, horseback riding, and much more. From your starting point you might take quiet a lot. The cities of Gothenburg, Borås and Jönköping, all are ideal for day trips. You can reach the shopping paradise Ullared in 30 minutes and the sea and the beautiful coastal towns of Falkenberg and Varberg, where you will find miles of sandy beaches, in an hour.

The house: The court Anfastorp consists of three houses. The holiday house 'Lillestugan' is the left wing of the two houses. The main building is permanently occupied, not the right wing is used as a residence. The house is about 86 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms. In the basement are the kitchen and the living room and a toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and two small single beds, the other has two single beds. A cot can also be made available. The bathroom has a bathtub. TV with satellite reception is also available. Around the house there is a large garden and have garden furniture and barbecue available. The property is situated very quietly in a small country road. In the vicinity there is only a neighboring farm. The house can be occupied by a maximum of 6 persons.
