This beautiful holiday home is situated on the North Sea coast in the peaceful village Hilgenriedersiel. The tangy sea air, the view on the Unesco World Heritage Wadden Sea and the view of the East Frisian island of Norderney and Baltrum are just some of the many highlights of your stay in the beautiful Ostfriesland.

Only about 800 meters from the beach and right on the green dike, is "Toma" the optimal choice for a relaxing holiday.

Take a long bike rides along the North Sea coast and explore the surrounding area of ??East Friesland. The dike is around 12 km Norden, if you opt for the opposite direction, then you are already around 6 km in Neßmersiel. Whichever destination you choose, a stay in Hilgenriedersiel offers the ideal starting point. With the line from Neßmersiel Baltrum or with the shipping company from Frisia Norddeich you have the option of car-free islands and Baltrum Juist and Norderney, visit the largest city on the islands.

The approximately 55 square meters 4-room Non smoking apartment is on the top floor and has capacity for 4 people. The comfortable interior of your residence makes for a pleasant relaxing holiday. For example, a kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, Cerankochherd, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and egg cooker is equipped. In the cupboards you will find plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils (pots, frying pan, etc.), iron and ironing board are of course also available. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed or two single beds. The living room has a TV, Blu-ray player and Blu-ray discs for evening relaxation. The kitchen will take you directly to the large balcony with ample seating.

In the district Hilgenriedersiel is the only natural swimming area is located on the North Sea coast. This district had a sluice that was established from 1576. For the crossing and the marketing of the North Sea island of Norderney Hilgenriedersiel was significant. Due to land reclamation, the former Hager Marscher Bay has moved into the hinterland. The old dike of 1576 has become the sleeping dike.
