North is a town in East Frisia Lower Saxony in the northwest. It is located on the North Sea and the northwestern city on the German mainland. North is one of the oldest cities in East Friesland. She is good with 25 000 inhabitants, is the fourth largest city in East Friesland.

Our apartment is located within walking distance of the town center from the north. It lies in a rarely traveled impasse.

Shops are also reachable within a few minutes. Also a bakery and a bicycle rental can be found in close proximity to the apartment!

The distance to the beach in northern dike, on the North Sea, is about 5 km there is also the nearest ferry terminal, from which one of the East Frisian islands like Norderney and Juist arrives.

    If you compare our prices with others, you will find that our offer bottom line is almost always cheaper, since we do not incur additional costs for cot, high chair, washing machine, towels, bedding or similar. This is all already included in the rent.

    The above rates are based on an occupancy of 2 people. For each additional person we charge € 5 per person per day.

    The final cleaning we charge the first day of the rental with an additional 40 €
  • OgPreisen still comes to only add to the visitor's tax.

    Children and adolescents under 15 years are exempt from the resort tax.

Notes:
Throughout the apartment the floor is covered with tiles or laminate, that is very allergy friendly. All rooms are heated with underfloor heating. Since we rent the apartment as allergy-friendly, pets in the home are not allowed. A travel cot for babies is also available and can be used without additional charge.
