The house is located on a small hill, within walking distance to the passing and shopping street in Choeng Mon. Fisherman's village, Bophut and Chaweng are reachable by car in max. 20 minutes, as are the large shopping centres of the island (Tesco Lotus and Big C)).

The house is located on a hill, 10 minutes walk to the beach with a promenade that has various shops and restaurants. There is also a Seven Eleven, which is open 24 x 7. The promenade is the cleanest on Samui, there are nice restaurants, tailors, massage therapist, hotels with bars etc.

Special mention is the high standard of privacy that one can enjoy in the house (good privacy with enclosing walls). You can spend your holiday here undisturbed, and you can also walk to the beach in Choeng Mon in 5min., or go by car or motorcycle to Fisherman's village, Bophut beach in 15min., or go to Chaweng beach in 20min.
