There is a 42' LCD HD flat screen TV and DVD player with plenty of seating on the new couches. Kick back and relax as you feel the breeze from the new 52" ceiling mounted fan/light with remote. A dinning room table that seats 6 finishes off the great room.

The kitchen is bright airy and also newly up-dated. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay including, a toaster, coffee pot, blender, hand held mixer, electric griddle and a crock pot. There is a good selection of Pyrex casserole and baking dishes. Tupperware storage containers for leftovers and plastic ware for enjoying meals out on the lanai. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 stools and the sliding glass door out to the pool.

Just off the kitchen is a large master bedroom with an attached bath, and a large walk in closet. Two bed side tables with lamps and one alarm clock as well as a dresser with mirror. The bed is a queen with all new bedding A small TV and a DVD player are included. There is also a new 52" ceiling mounted fan/light with remote. There are sliding glass doors out to the pool offering a view of the pond and a reminder each morning that you are truly on vacation.

The floor plan is split with the other two bedrooms at the front of the villa. They both share a full hall bath. There are two twin beds in one bedroom and a full size bed in the other. All bedding is new. Both offer ample closet space and dressers with mirrors along with bedside tables and lamps that are switched.Both bedrooms also have new ceiling mounted fan/lights with remotes.

The garage has been converted to a games room with a pool table and an air hockey table. Perfect for those rainy days and a great place for the kids to go and have their own space.
