Comfortable coverage flat, ample balcony with a panoramic view for the sea and outskirts, at 50m of the calm warm water of Canasvieiras, a beautiful and presurable beach of the island. Cable TV, dvd player, telephone, adsl Internet (broadband connection), bar, and Brazilian style barbecue maker. Two bedrooms, a broad living room, full kitchen also a laundry area. Microwave oven and refrigerator. Ideal for a couple or a family. The building has elevator and ramp of access. A few steps out and you reach the beach sand. Private parking.
Car: not necessary

At 50 m from the sea, the flat is located in one of the most interesting beaches of the north of the island, nearby a Pier (Trapiche), where you may find shops, bars, restaurants and boat trips services, however in a calm locality. Just 14 miles away from the downtown, and 10 miles from a pleasurable shopping center, and 5 miles from a Water Park.
