Centrally located 2 - room apartment, 60 square meters with S-Bahn. The center can be reached in about 15 minutes with the New Mass 1x Connect in 20 minutes. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people. The apartment is newly renovated, modern and comfortable and has a large balcony. The living room is equipped with TV and 2 pull-out sofas (150 x 200). There is a cozy dining area with 4 chairs available. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 200 cm x 180 cm, wardrobe and TV. The kitchen has all the comforts including cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and dishes. Bed linen, towels, and hair dryer are provided. Of shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Location: The apartment is not only central to the city center, the motorway towards Salzburg / Innsbruck can be reached in 2 minutes - so that one in 30 minutes in the mountains, 40 minutes and 60 minutes at the Chiemsee in Salzburg or Innsbruck.

The Ostbahnhof (airport terminal) can be reached in 8 minutes. The Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) directly with the train in 20 minutes. From the airport to Ostbahnhof 25 minutes - with change then in 8 minutes with the S 3 Unterhaching.
