  • price based on 2 persons, each person costs an add. Euro 10,-- per day.
    prices are per week, incl. gas, electricity, water, taxes.
    final cleaning = Euro 50,--
    min. rental is 4 nights.
    special price for rentals of more than 2 weeks/2 pers. = Euro 50,-- per day in low season and Euro 60,-- in mid season
  • 30 % has to be paid on booking, 70 % 3 weeks prior to the start of the rental.
    Security amount is Euro 200,-- which will be returned after the end of the rental when no damage is done.
    payment has to be made by transfer on a german bank account or by pay-pal (add. 3 % to the payment)
