The 3-star apartment furnished in Bavarian country style comprises the entire first floor (75 sqm) and is set very tranquil at the edge of a forest with a nice view over the mountains. It is nicely equipped and provides a spacious living area with a complete kitchen, dining area, a living room suite with TV etc. There is a bedroom with a double bed and another one with 3 beds (double bed and single bed), separate bathroom and WC. Non smoker, pets on request. There is a cot, high chair, change mat, bottle warmer, step stool and secure power points provided for babies and small children. 4 km distance to the centre of the village. The lawn in the garden invites you to stay, there is a barbecue facility and a table tennis table. We provide also a badminton set, the possibility to play skittles, bocce etc. There are natural playgrounds at the creek, in the forest and on the lawn. Many walking and hiking routes start just outside your doorstep, the skiing tracks are close during winter.
