Condo open. House, 50 m², living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms c vent. ceiling, 01 bathrooms and laundry area. Accommodation for 06 people. Backyard with shower. 02 vacant uncovered. Has Bakery, snack bar, restaurant, pizzeria, supermarket and petrol station, all very close. The house is a few steps from the city's main avenue (Avenida Roberto Silveira) and 15 min. walking distance from the historic center and Praia do Pontal (3 min. driving). Excellent location.

Condo open. Great location. Close to supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, cafeteria, restaurant, pizzeria, bowling, taproom and gas stations. It is the 15 min. walk from the historic center and Praia do Pontal. few steps from the main avenue of the city (Avenida Roberto Silveira), which gives access to town (15 min.). Other Activities: Tour the Historical Center / Canopy / canoeing / Gold Trail / Festivals / Various Events during the year.
