  Linen, bath towels, kitchen towels, final cleaning and other costs such as water, Strohm, heating, TV will be in the price per adult inbegriffen.Kurtaxe calculated per day (Fr.3.50).
  In high season (June, July, August), the apartment is booked, if the total rent paid (transferred), is by bank transfer. Other payment methods are not accepted.
  In the low season, an amount of 30% of the rent will be accepted as payment (reservation). Final payment must be made to 30days prior to arrival.
  Annulationsreiseversicherung is responsibility of the tenant.
  Upon arrival a deposit (deposit) of 200 Euro to be paid as security for damages, or excessive soiling.
  Final inspection of the apartment before leaving.
  The money is payed by banktransfer.On arrival we require a deposit of 200 dollars, pounds or euros, to cover damage and breakages.
• Arrival (check-in): 15:00 to 17:00 Late arrival is only possible by appointment..
  Check out: (check-out) no later than 9:30.
  On Sunday and Monday no arrivals
  The departure can take place on any day.
