Villa Cervantes is a new villa and comfortable open all year, a short distance from Alghero offers a context exclusive and prestige a few meters from the sea. The villa, surrounded by greenery, is composed of a single floor with covered porch and windows overlooking the magnificent garden. The square footage of the house is about 140 m² and consists of three bedrooms (for a total of 7 beds), a large bathroom with shower, a large living room with fireplace, TV with decoder, and a kitchen. Outside there is a large veranda with tables and chairs for 7 people, shaded by lush vegetation, with next to the fireplace with barbecue. The great room has a window of a breathtaking view. Outside the house is surrounded by several acres of gardens, with breathtaking views of the valley, where there are plants and fruit trees and plants typical of the Mediterranean. Also outside there is a barbecue, wood burning oven and an outdoor shower.

  • The price includes: water, electricity, gas and linen. Final cleaning € 60.00. Check-in 15h00 Check-out 10:30. Security Deposit: 200,00 Euro. Non-refundable deposit in the event of bad behavior during the holidays, the house left dirty beyond measure, and if the waste has not been brought into the bins. In case of cancellation of the reservation will be charged a penalty equal to the deposit paid at time of booking. The balance must be settled on arrival at the house, in cash. A receipt will be issued upon payment. Upon arrival you will be prompted copy of an identity document. The balance will be adjusted on the first day of arrival in the house, simultaneously with the delivery of the keys. Also, the balance will be settled in cash. We will not accept checks, credit cards do. The number of people who will enjoy the home must not exceed the specified number of persons indicated on the reservation.
