All bedrooms have air conditioning, the upstairs lounge has a large veranda overlooking the great sea view and ideally suited for relaxing or socialising.The property boasts a rooftop garden and secluded breakfast area. Sunset Holiday home comes with air-conditioning and full internet access (for an extra charge). The holiday home comes with remote control electric gates at entrance. If required meals and car hire can be provided at an extra cost.

Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Ocho Rios, Jamaica

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The rental rate varies from 40.00 - 50.00 GBP per night per room, please contact for further information. The weekly rates are for the use of two bedrooms, it will be a higher weekly rental rate for the use of more bedrooms.

    Please note the charge for the bedroom with ensuite will be an additional £5.00 GBP per night to the above rates.

    A minimum booking of two nights is required.

    Signed rental contract and 30% deposit will be required to secure the booking.
