Rental Rates for this vacation apartment rental in South Goa, India

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds Sterling.
  Discounts are available for periods of over 2 weeks.
  Check-in time 14:00 / Check-out time 12:00
  If your require early check-in then you must book the previous night.
  There will be a 10% surcharge for maximum occupancy. ie use of guest bedroom.
  Airport collection can be arranged for 800 rupees (non A/C car) or 1,000 rupess (A/C car).
  (collections between midnight and 6am incur a further 200 rupees)
  Please take care to turn off A/C unit and bathroom water heater after use and when leaving the apartment.
  If this is not adhered to then a surcharge of 300 rupees per day will be charged.
• To secure a booking, payment can be made by bank transfer of 50% deposit and the final amount will be due one month prior to arrival. All bank charges must be paid by guests and not passed on to our bank.
  After confirmation of payment, there will be an e-receipt offered, which must be presented to our Goan manager on arrival, together with passport copies of all guests. No refunds will be offered after confirmation of booking.
  Prices for the property are in UK pounds sterling and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due one month prior to arrival. If clients wish to pay the full amount due, 50% of this would be returned, should they wish to cancel up to one month before the date of the booking.
  10% cancellation fee will be applied in all circumstances.
