Peaceful place for vacation for up to 8 persons

Villa Katarina – Croatia, Istria, Salambati.

Villa Katarina is situated in the small village Salambati in Istria. Salambati is a small village with 16 houses and 23 inhabitants, which is situated 3 kilometres from the place called Sv Vincenat -16 km from Rovinj and 27 kilometres from Pula where is the nearest airport.

Villa is the size about 130m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there are: a living room with an open fire place, a kitchen, a dining room and a toilet. On the first floor there are: a bathroom, two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two beds. The space around the house is 800m2 big with a swimming pool size 8 x 4m, outdoor bathroom in the authentic istrian ''kazun'' style, three parking places within nicely decorated green plants and flower environment. The house is equipped with air con, SAT, TV and central heating.

The nearest mini market, restaurant and bus station are 350 m far from villa.

Additional offers: You can rent a speed boat with skipper.( If you don't have licence)

Order private chef to cook you fine meals of Istrian and mediteranian specialties.
