Sandy Ridge is ideally located for all Florida has to offer, as there is quick and easy, virtually traffic free access to all the major roads connecting the main tourist areas and both coasts. Find Sandy Ridge off CR532 Osceola Polk County Line Road. All homes are well off this road so there is no traffic noise. Exit 58 (Champions Gate) from Interstate 4 (I-4) is just minutes away as is the 192 (marker 5) and Highway 27.
Unusually the developer left large tracts of undisturbed conservation land with lakes and ponds throughout the community. This has become a wildlife haven that even includes otters!
