TRULLO IN THE HEART OF VALLE D'ITRIA NEAR THE SEA

Trullo Antica Aia is a typical house in the Puglia region with a unique building style shaped like a cone. These 'trulli' have been built with traditional methods from the year 700 and consist of stones without cement. This trullo is located in Valle d'Itria at Locorotondo (round town - the roads in the historic centre are concentric rings) is set up in the hills, overlooking the surrounding countryside and sea, a position which keeps it cooler in summer than lower lying areas. It is famous for its white wine, and the picturesque historic centre, has some excellent restaurants.

This trullo is decorated with tradition and comfort

It has 5large cones constituting a living room with 1sofa, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, a kitchen / dining room and a large cone containing the bathroom

The property is surrounded by a garden and an enclosed south-facing courtyard paved with traditional old stones (chianche). The courtyard has sun loungers for relaxing; a barbeque, garden table
