2 bed luxury apartment, sleeps 5 in Varca, South Goa

A 2-bedroom luxury apartment consisting of 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony and one twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The apartment also has another seperate shower room and toilet. All rooms are furnished to European standards and bed linen and towels are provided. Tata Sky TV is also available. The fully fitted kitchen incorporates a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, water filter, gas hob, toaster and kettle. There is also a balcony attached to the open plan living/dining area. The apartment has an invertor which powers one light and one fan in each room plus the TV in case of a power cut. It is situated inside a gated complex with 24hr security and is about 1km from Varca beach. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool set within landscaped gardens with sun loungers. For a small fee guests have access to a gym and cylces can be hired on site subject to availability.

A luxury 2 bedroom, self-catering apartment situated in this tropical paradise with miles of palm-fringed sandy beaches, and wide slow-flowing rivers. The apartment sleeps up to 5 people with 2 double beds and 2 single beds and 1 put-u-up bed. Furnished to European standards with 2 shower rooms– 1 en-suite and air-conditioning. Ideal for families or couples sharing. There is a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen for those who prefer self catering, however, as food and drink is very cheap in Goa, you may prefer to eat out at any one of the excellent beach shacks which can be found along Varca beach.

Varca is only 1km from the peaceful Varca beach where you can relax on a sun lounger with a good book or, for the more intrepid, try your hand at jet skiing or paragliding.

Take a trip to Dudhsagar Waterfalls and swim in the fresh water lake beneath or go to the Spice Farms and bathe with the elephants. Whatever you like there is something for just about everyone.

One taxi transfer from Dabolim Airport or Margao Station and maid service (2 cleans and 2 bed changes per week).

For parties of more than 4 people a surcharge of £7 per extra person per night will be made.
A 50% deposit will secure bookings, the balance to be paid 6 weeks before date of flying. Please note that in the case of cancellation the deposit is non refundable.

Notes:	Goa is located on the West Coast of India. Varca is situated in South Goa, about 35 minutes drive from Dabolim Airport and a 10 minute drive from Margao, which is the second largest city in Goa and a centre for travel and commerce. In the village of Varca there are various supermarkets, banks (ATM machines) chemists etc. Explore along the South Goa coastline with stunning white sands and blue seas and you can find many empty peaceful coves for that true 'Touch of Paradise'. To get a sense of the history of South Goa take a tour to Old Goa with its fascinating temples and churches or visit the Spice Farm and help to bathe the elephants. The waterfalls at Dudhsagar are also a very popular where you can feed the monkeys and then take a jeep ride through the National Park before cooling off in the natural lake at the bottom of the falls. Christian, Hindu and Muslim festivals are celebrated in Goa throughout the year which gives Goa an almost non stop party atmosphere.
