About this property

Furnished 4 Bed House, Yard, Parking in Rosedale, Short/Long-Term

Friendly neighbourhood filled with young families and children. The fully appointed house marries modern elements with the home's vintage details to create the feel of a Parisian residence in the heart of Toronto.

Fully furnished one-year lease beginning July 1/2024 $9,500/month (+$500 for utilities including lawn care and snow removal.) Also available for shorter terms. Please enquire for rates.

Rosedale is no secret to those who know Toronto. This residential neighborhood is simply the best location from which to enjoy and explore the city's best offerings. Have an hour to spare? Enjoy a walk in the nearby ravine, or a drink at one of the many nearby cafes.

We love design and have endeavored to create an interior that appeals to your sensibilities and comfort. The fully appointed house marries modern elements with the home's vintage details to create the feel of a Parisian residence, providing 4 levels of comfort for you to enjoy.

A car is not required. Explore Toronto's museums, art galleries, theatres, waterfront, bars and restaurants on foot or by subway. Rosedale subway station is a 3 minute walk from the property. Covered Parking is included for 1 car (discuss 2nd car option with landlord), with additional street parking during signed times.

All of the neighbourhood public and private school options provide a high level of academics and community involvement: Rosedale P.S., Mooredale, Brown P.S. (French Immersion), Branksome, Bishop Strachan, and UCC are just a few of the schools we recommend.

For those enjoying a short-term stay the 4 bedroom house provides what a hotel room cannot: a place for friends and family traveling together to enjoy common space, and in-home dining in an affordable way. There is no need to stock the kitchen on arrival. Pantry items such as olive oil, mustard, and vinegar are already in the kitchen. Toiletries, linens, towels, shampoos and soaps are provided for your stay.

Over 2,500 square feet of living space complements the homes exterior garden (200 foot deep treed lot) providing an opportunity for adults and children alike to lounge, barbeque, and enjoy the outdoors. Enclosed deck.

2 bedrooms (One King, One Queen bed) are located on the second floor, each with an ensuite bathroom. 2 bedrooms are located on the third floor (One Double, 1 Single bed), with a shared bathroom. The home is ideal for 2 couples and 2 children, or 1 couple and 2 to 4 children.

The lower level includes an entertainment room, laundry facilities with full-size Miele washer dryer and an incredible bathroom with walk-in shower and concrete floors.

Many upgrades have been recently completed in the home which may not be reflected in the photos. They include: Lower level has been completely renovated providing increased ceiling height, a full bathroom, and new furnace. The galley kitchen pantry has been replaced with a second full-depth section of counter with large drawers below for additional storage. Second floor ensuite bathroom has been created.

Please contact the owner for further information.
Please note that the house is in a residential neighbourhood with the possibility of noise from leaf blowers, or construction.

Great stay with family!
We had our family (3 Adults, 4 Kids) and stayed for a week in this beautiful home. Perfect for everyone and the basement was amazing for the kids to have their own space. Owners are very kind and always close if help is ever needed. Would stay here again. Thanks!

House in Rosedale
Thank you again for accommodating our 2 week stay. Loved that we could walk to visit family in the neighbourhood over the holidays. The house was a spacious alternative to a hotel and provided every comfort we had hoped for. Thanks again and look forward to seeing you when you travel our way...

A gem in Toronto
The stay for six of us in this lovely property was perfect. With a mixed group of adults and teenagers, everyone had their own more than adequate space, within the lovely Rosedale environment. It was very much a wow reaction when we all walked in. The house itself has been very tastefully renovated but with many of its original features intact. The subway is literally a few minute away and a very short ride to the downtown area. Since we were also visiting family who were only a 30 minute drive away, everything was perfectly situated for us. For longer trips such as to Niagara, very close to highways and routes. The owners were also more than helpful and checked that everything was ok for us while we were there. The house is very well equipped. My son and his girlfriend were very reluctant to leave the master suite and the luxury comfort of the kingsize bed, while my youngest son had an entire basement to himself with separate widescreen tv and shower. We also spent many an hour outside on the quiet and shady patio garden. All in all, the stay of a lifetime and to be recommended to anyone with a family looking for a high level of space and comfort, within a beautiful setting, with maximum travel convenience. An added bonus is the close proximity of stores, restaurants, bars and banking facilities. A big thankyou.

Thank you!
Thank you for making our first visit to Toronto so easy. Your help planning our stay was much appreciated. Loved that you leant us toys for the kids. So comfortable to come back to after exploring the city - love the beds! Will definitely stay again. Nat & Jo

Our family of five has lived in the neighbourhood for 15 years. We had the opportunity to purchase, restore and renovate this property beside our principal residence. We hope you will love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Definitely the location. Additionally, the house had incredible bones to work with. The renovated house is now streamlined and spotless. You feel an immediate sense of comfort when you enter through the front door. Explore the nearby ravine with Toronto's beloved Brickworks or relax at a nearby cafe or restaurant - a 5-minute walk from the house.
