This attractive, 1200 sq. foot modern cottage is located in Torrance, just minutes to Bala where shopping, a scenic waterfall and weekly farmers' market await. There are two bedrooms in the main cottage and a separate sleeping cabin. The property is treed for privacy and has some grass for children to play. The driveway is shared with the neighbour next door but the rental cottage has its own parking area.

The cottage sits close to the water and offers a lovely northwest lake view. Attractive flagstone paths take you to the water and two docks provide lots of room to sit and enjoy the sunsets, as well as deeper water for swimming. For those with young children there is some ripple sand bottom with shallow entry.

Cottage is equipped with satellite tv and wireless internet.

The cottage is located just a ten-minute drive from all amenities: food store, liquor store, beer store and bank.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Cottage must be rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
  • 6 guests maximum. No additional overnight guests, please.
