Perfect!
Craig's property is PERFECT! Amazing location, close to everything in Hollywood. The place itself is so cute. Exactly what we were looking for. There is floral outside so it smells great when you are sitting on this adorable patio. Craig has created a private oasis for his guests. Craig left lots of notes around his place which make it easy to figure everything out without having to reach out to him, which he was always available for questions. Upon arrival, Craig texted me places and attractions to check out. We were blown away by Craig's place and would definitely return if we come back to Hollywood! Thank you.

Amazing Stay!
This quiet little hideaway was absolutely perfect! It was so cozy, and convenient. Craig was an amazing host, and so helpful. Our trip was amazing mainly thanks to the time he took to send us a list of all the awesome places nearby, and things to do. We had a blast! Can’t wait to do it again.

Cute and comfortable hideaway in Hollywood
Stayed for about 2 weeks here in the summer. This cute little spot is a nice quiet spot in the heart of Hollywood. The front door deck area was a lovely place to sit and felt very removed from the sometimes chaotic-feeling streets a few blocks away. Was a pretty easy drive to UCLA, where we went daily. Parking is pretty easy and straightforward by urban street parking standards. Craig arranged a guest parking pass for the neighborhood. Craig was very responsive and clearly works hard to keep the place up well.

I love living in Hollywood and feel fortunate to own a great classic Craftsman home here where I can Walk, take the subway, see live theater, walk to fantastic restaurants, Live Music venues, The Famous upscale Arclight Movie Theater, and enjoy the outdoors after living in NYC for a number of years on and off.

What makes this property unique

The Hollywood Bowl, The Subway to connect me to downtown, The Kodak Theater, The W Hotel and Spa, Restaurants, Cafes , outdoor weekend Farmers Markets, Live theater and Music, and so much more. I love that I can walk to everything, this makes me feel much more connected to a City community that I have in other areas of Los Angeles.
