  Rate includes airport transfers and daily Continental breakfasts.
  Rate also includes free chef service for one meal per day (lunch or dinner). Food purchases charged at cost plus 20% surcharge, 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
  Extra bed available on request.
  Extra guest charged at US$60++ per night
  Minimum stay of 4 nights except:
  Easter - mininum 7 nights and
  during Dec 15 - Jan 10 when minimum stay is 8 nights if covering Christmas OR New Year and 14 nights if covering Christmas AND New Year.
• Payment Terms -
  50% at time of booking.
  Balance of 50% payable 4 weeks prior to check-in.
• Cancellation Policy -
  No refund if written cancellation is received 60 days or less from check-in date.
  50% of deposit is refunded if written cancellation is received more than 60 days from check-in.
