This large older style home is very centrally located, short walk to the Bermagui River where there is access to safe swimming and riverside fishing. You can also walk to town or to one of the two safe swimming beaches within close proximity to your holiday home.

The house itself will accommodate 8 people in 5 bedrooms, the main bedroom with queen sized bed, 2nd bedroom with 1 single bed, 3rd bedroom with 1 single bed, 4th & 5th bedrooms are adjoining and contain 1 set of bunks (2 singles) and 2 singles.

The bathroom has been newly renovated, overall this is a comfortable house with separate lounge & dining areas and a well equipped kitchen. There are magnificent views of Mt Dromedary, the Bermagui River and Ocean from the bright sunroom.

This holiday house would be suitable for large or extended families, you are situated in a very convenient location for easy access to all that Bermagui has to offer.

Golf: Our local course is located at the Bermagui Country Club. It has the following on offer ...'lush fairways lined by a variety of beautiful trees and water features on a number of holes, there are many strategically placed sand traps.

Simply put, Bermagui is a beauty! And tough. Long par 4s - plenty in the 370-400 metre range - with sloping fairways and a number of blind shots to the excellent greens. Many holes have doglegs. There are some fabulous views of the quintessential seaside town of Bermagui, Horseshoe Bay and the brooding Mount Dromedary (Gulaga)... Fairways are lush and most are lined by a variety of beautiful trees. While you wouldn't say this is a heavily bunkered course, there are many strategically placed sand traps. Water features prominently on a number of holes, not least being the 164 metre, 15th, where the fairway is a lake. Be aware that at 6,085 metres (par 72) this is a serious walk with plenty of hills.You might consider a cart. We think you will really enjoy this high quality challenging course, the beautiful views and abundant bird life.
