Surrounded by Sydney's major business district and shopping areas, this Bond Street apartment also is only a short walk to Sydney harbour, its main ferry terminal and the famous Opera House.

Adding to its lifestyle is a roof top pool with spa which has spectacular views of Sydney skyline and harbor . Also near the pool is a well equipped gym.

This air conditioned apartment is virtually a one bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom area which contains a queen bed and wardrobes. Steps lead down into the enclosed well equipped kitchen which overlooks the lounge /dining area with its TV, VCR and Hi-Fi equipment.
